New NordicAST BLBLI document: β-lactam-β-lactamase inhibitor combinations and novel β-lactams targeting Gram-negative bacteria

The new NordicAST BLBLI document is now published in the Methods section under Other documents.

In this document we aim to show the expected inhibitory activity of β-lactamase inhibitors (BLIs) alone and the predicted efficacy of β-lactam-β-lactamase inhibitor (BLBLI) combinations and cefiderocol against various β-lactamases affecting β-lactam susceptibility in Gram-negative bacteria (Enterobacterales, Pseudomonas spp., and Acinetobacter baumannii group).
