Method development

"EUCAST Development Laboratories" (EDLs) are responsible for the development and maintenance of EUCAST's disk diffusion and MIC determination with EUCAST media. Much of the development work is being done in collaboration with volunteer laboratories that contribute expertise and are part of "EUCAST Network Laboratories". The network includes laboratories with expertise and interest in specific organisms, method development, resistance mechanisms and quality control.
